
Ingredients
- 2 lb of cherry peppers
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups white sugar
Method
- Wash the red peppers throughly. Cut the tops and remove the stems, cut the peppers in quarters before putting them into the food processor.
- Blend it into a paste, using the apple cider.
- In a large pot combine the sugar and peppers and bring it to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- lover the heat to medium low and let it immersions for 15 min, till the jellies thick.
- Pour the hot jelly into clean jars, let it cool completely, at room temperature.
Note: You can use red bell peppers to make it mild or use a few thai chillies to make it hot.
Serve it with crackers and cheese, on burgers and sandwiches and grilled meats.
